The show's still pretty good. Bill Lawrence wanted to do a more dramatic side of Scrubs. There is still comedy, but with a little but more seriousness like a hospital setting should have. Although Dr. Cox still provides the drama when something goes wrong (In example: When three of his transplant patients die of rabies). It's still Scrubs, only a little more mature.
The recent episodes surpassed my expectations. S08E02 was sad.

It pulled a Family Guy and got really popular once it got canceled so they brought it back.

I wonder how they're gonna make Kelso a major character in this season. You can tell he's not just gonna be showing up every once in a while because he's still in the intro.

Season 8 is so much less comedy, more drama that it's just not the same. I was disappointed, actually.

Scrubs... buncha terrible attempts at humor IMO

I'm sure that's what the next season is going to be about, coming back to medical school, then at a hospital. We may see a "JD" type person. I'm sure Zach Braff will return for a few episodes.
