How do I see the full conversation with PMs, all I can see is the initial message?
What do you report memes or ponies or macros that the user didnt create? Spam? Warez? Trolling?
Also, does the no pony rule means no pony avatars?

It's not just mlp image macros, but any image macros.

As recollection goes, non-pony image macros are allowed if they're made for-purpose, are relevant and aren't incredibly stupid.

You need to specify forum id in the end, for example &f=6 will show images posted in GD

It's been a month since I have been on Facepunch, and is it just me remembering incorrectly, or is there no one on here anymore? There's only like 1000 online, and there used to be 5000-6000. Why is that?
