I just think whoever hacked them figured out a way to do it so it posts from their regular IP. Seriously people like NeoTurtle would never do that, I know this.

Takes a few people to make one good guy do something stupid also.

If that's the case then it's something they all have installed on their computers - so the infection isn't over - so they stay banned.
