Jay was successful when he hosted the show, and I believe that show won a Emmy sometime in the 90's. But when you promise to call it quits and hand over such a prestigious show over you can just steal it back.

Oh I agree, but it wasn't really his decision it was NBC's and it's just sad to see it happening like that.

It'd look better if I had bothered to make a proper 80x80. Right now it's a 96x96 scaled.

I don't know how to scale it properly, I almost never make avatars. I've never bother messing around with it. All I did was crop a picture of his face.
Also about this subject it was in a way, a smart decision to leave NBC for the sake of helping Jimmy Fallon and Carson Daily's careers. Really nice of Conan to consider them.
Conan will be back. With a different station, but he'll be back.

Or he will do internet radio shows like Tom Green.
That's not the point. The point is Leno was a poor poor sport.
My thoughts:
He got paid a shitload to talk on TV. Now he got paid a shitload to stop talking on TV. I think he's pretty well off.

Hey guys.
David Letterman = Awesome.
Conan O'Brien = Awesome.
What would David Letterman + Conan O'Brien =?
Well, IMO, it would = complete awesomeness.
I supported Conan, but come on. Leno didn't steal the show from Conan. NBC went to him and asked him to take back the time slot to boost ratings. Conan's show was losing money and Leno was the guy who could help NBC recover. It's a buisness, things happen. If Conan had the ratings he had these past weeks for his whole stint on the show, there wouldn't have been a problem. If people cared so much they should have watched the show before it was in trouble.

He wasn't asked to take it back. They wanted to pull Leno from primetime into late night. Pushing the Tonight Show, Late Night and everything following later. Conan said no, departed from NBC and Leno getting the Tonight Show back was the end result. Conan could have kept the Tonight Show.
