That's just nasty, I couldn't imagine liking the taste. I'm a picky eater already, mostly like...ketchup and cheese on a burger, and shrooms are probably around 2-3 of nasty things I've eaten.

I heard you get more bending (objects bend), copy paste effect (you see more heads on a person), sometimes real hallucinations (on high dose I suppose), fractals, and of course patterns. Hallucinations are just different, and you get different vibe from them.

I like them fresh, but they're kinda gross dried (I can't stand the texture)
I love mushrooms (all kinds). Psilocybin mushrooms don't have the best taste to them, but I don't think they're bad at all.

Fuck I wish I could find some shrooms. I know one guy I could get them from but it's 60 an eighth (which i'm going to split with my friend, but still) whereas the usual price is around 40 here. So i have to keep looking :(.
In my area, shrooms are the same price as weed by the grams. a quarter of shrooms will run you anywhere from $40 to $60 which is just like the flux in weed here.
Also, why would you buy an eighth for 2 people? My friend who partakes of the little fungus usually does an eighth as the basic dose. He said he always takes doses around 3-4 grams

My friends cousin can get me shrooms for like 5-10$ a gram.
The first time I did shrooms I did just over 2g, didn't really feel that much. Second time I did 6-7 grams and proceeded to trip balls on a blanket with 4 other people outside of an old folks home.

I wouldn't recommend taking so much that you are completely out of control, unless you have a sitter. And it's still possible to trip alone just have them out of the room / check up every now and again. Tripping alone is fine as long as you know what to expect (definitly don't do it first time) and don't push it too far. I personally enjoy tripping alone as i find that i sometimes get a little paranoid (but then again it's normally due to setting) around others and i think it just adds a level of clarity to the trip, at least for me.
I've never felt any paranoia on phychedelics. There's no reason to be anyway because you can act normal pretty easily. Unless you're talking to someone eyes wide open and giggling like a girl you shouldn't be suss. I've had conversations with my parents on 2 tabs. :v:
You should probably be with a mate the first time but it's not really necessary if you're confident enough tripping. My first time I was with friends for the first hour and a half then went on my own for the rest of the trip. Listened to my ipod at the park, then took the bus home.
Try to trip outside, you'll have a much better time. The sky looks amazing. Doesn't mean you shouldn't trip a bit indoors though. I find you notice a lot more details indoors than you do walking around outside. I remember I could clearly see secret hidden text all over my wall, even in the afterglow. I actually tried googling egyptian hieroglyphics to see if I can read the writing hah
You can also get some pretty interesting drawings out of a trip.

I don't have shroom experience, but I know that LSD made me move all jittery, so talking to anyone not tripping instantly makes me stand out (or at least get paranoid that I stand out).
One of my most recent shrooms experiences, we were chillin at my buddy's dorm. We went outside for a smoke, and the smoking policy on campus requires that you stand at least 25 feet away from the doors when smoking. We were sitting on these benches that were close to the doors, but off to the side. We all fire up our cigarettes and just sit there... smoking... not saying anything... just tripping... and then this guy walks up to us, smoking a cigar, and tells us we need to move or we'll get written up. I couldn't tell if he was joking or serious... so I just stared at him... my pupils were big as fuck and it was clear we were on something... and I'm just staring at him, lol...

You can get also bored in fraction of second, when I was tripping, drawing sounded awesome, but as son as I got pen in my hand and draw one line, I just though to myself "I'm not doing that".

Why is it so terrible for him to ask a question? A lot of my friends who do shrooms frequently have said that it's pretty tough to have a bad trip on shrooms, I think it really all depends on the person.
And what the fuck else is a forum for except to express your opinions, he has just as much a right to be here as you do.
It's definitely possible to have a bad trip on shrooms, but, like you said, it's very dependent on personality, and even more so on set & setting.
I've had many different experiences on shrooms. Day tripping, Night tripping, Shroom tea, hippy flipping, concerts, ect. Easily one of my favorite drugs.
Also, NEVER trip during a bad storm outside. One of my worst trips ever.

It was a nice day earlier at a outdoor concert i was at, unfortunately all of a sudden big dark clouds began to swarm in above the stage. The stage was located on the shore of a lake so all of a sudden waves of water (not big waves by any means, but waves never the less) crashed up to the land. The lightning made the whole sky flash bright and there was a ton of rain.
Basically shrooms make storms look a lot worse then they really are.
