The beginning kennel scene of John Carpenter's "The Thing" when the "dog" imitation begins to transform and starts killing the other dogs.....my description doesn't do it any justice, you just have to watch the movie for yourself. Rob Bottin's props and effects in that movie make CGI horror these days look like baby shit.

There was this one Japanese cyberpunk film I watched once, shot on black and white stock. Basically, it's the future and people heavily modify themselves. This guy has a drill for a penis (a [i]drill[/i] for a [i]penis[/i]) and he wants to have sex with this woman. The woman, understandably, isn't too keen on him doing this and so she starts running away. Anywho, he catches up with her so she stabs him a bunch of times except then stabbing him really makes her horny, so she has sex with him anyway. Bits of vagina go flying through the air. I can't really remember the plot, but that scene stuck out in my mind.
