It's up to you. The chances of you actually dying or even getting sick are low, but they're there. However, if you start feeling woozy/sick (not like a cold, you'll know it when you feel it) I would see a doctor as soon as possible.

Having not had cancer before, I can't tell you what exactly you'll feel. I do know it will be a very different sensation from general sickness.
