The acid/carbonation in soda isn't strong enough to burn through virtually anything in your body. It is enough to wear down your teeth enamel however, and once that happens the the sugar in it will fuck your mouth up permanently.

Seriously, you're in a great position to just get ripped. Then you're not fat or thin but you have enough body mass and decent amount of muscle to be inbetween and healthy.
Eat good food, and work out, you'll be non-thin in a while :buddy:

Protein shakes. Eat one massive meal a day rather than 3 so your metabolism slows right down.

that's nonsense too. Fat people generally have higher metabolisms. Guy just isn't eating enough protein or fat simple as.

Eat normally. You're early into puberty. Things will even out in 2-6 years and then you have to worry about getting thin again, especially if you try to become fat. But of course you could end up being thin for your whole life, but that's something you can only find out after puberty has ended. It could be your metabolism, it could just simply be puberty and the way you grow because of it.
It's not healthy at all to care too much about your body beyond just staying healthy and eat well during puberty.
Do excercise and eat alot of carbs.
Watch the Simpsons episode when Homer tries to weigh over 300 pounds so he can work from home.
The trick is to stop talking to your friends, create a World of Warcraft account and start eating takeout, and drink mountain dew code red.
If this fails, well consider yourself lucky. Lots of kids are fat and cannot lose weight.

It's all based on metabolism. I mean, there are people who starve themselves and/or eat healthy foods but still manage to stay "big boned", while people like me who just eat unhealthy stuff still manage to stay a twig. It's mostly genetics, so just be proud of who you are.

I'm in the exact same situation as the OP. I'm 16, tallest and thinnest in my class. I eat so much, not always finishing meals though, because my stomach is kinda small. Wish I was normal.
