Make the text bigger, and not so shaky. Otherwise, it's very good.
I've seen a lot better.

It's a bit boring watching it just shake around and slam a new line of text in every few seconds
1280x720 resolution, drop shadows and motion blur.

What do you mean?
But anyone can do that in Windows Movie Maker in less time.
Unless it crashes.
That's really good, but one problem, you realise why amd/ati don't release ads like this... It's because technopeasants see this and go "WOW OMG LIEK AEWSOME" get it and put it in the freakin' floppy drive or some shit thinking it will work.
After effects and movie maker are incredibly different.
Yes, they are used to produce movies but does movie maker have anything other than preset text overlay animations and transitions? I think not.
After effects can create everything, you can toggle motion blur for any objects you create and it renders in perfect quality by playing through each frame and recording them.
So shh.
Still, seven minutes?
A really great improvement you could make would be to replace the static background with a "flying" view over the various parts of the GPU...kinda like how movies like Spiderman start off by showing close ups of his costume.
To really add to the professionalism, replace the bold rumbling text with more subtle (transparent perhaps?) that is lined up with the contours of the GPU you are flying over...movie style.
I can forsee two ways of doing this. Best case scenario is you take the GPU itself and setup a well made recording session...or failing that, render a 3D recreation of it and do your flybys in the modeling program. The latter method has the advantage of being smoother and easier to get the angles you want...but unless you are really good people will be able to tell it isn't the "real" GPU.
That is actually pretty damn good. You get an artistic.
I liked it, but very much like every other Video Copilot video.
Yeah, not a fan of the amount of shake.
Use it a bit more sparingly, such as when the text first appears.

Will do.

Like which one? I didn't base this on any other Video Copilot's videos.
Did I just see someone compare AFX to WMM?
Kind of dull, just shaking text really.
