Yeah it's a shame he pretty much stands still now. If you watch videos of DT from the 90's and such, JM would move around on stage, and headbang and stuff.

Also I don't know why you can't count screamers as vocalists. I mean in all honesty it's not an easy thing to do and finding a "Great" screamer is harder than finding great singers in my opinion.
