I saw this in the Gamemodes and Addons section on the front page, "Test" is the only word that links anywhere and it goes to an unspecified thread.

What level do I have to be to make a general numismatics and coin collecting thread? I've been lurking and following gmod for a long time and consider it a privilege to be in the presence of like minded and thinking people.

I collect Hawaiian coins and want to make a thread to share them. I'm using chrome on a phone and have gone over the PC USB tethering limit. Is the phone a technical problem?
