Jontron is something to be reposted three times :ok:
Kinda funny how people chose to rate late the two other threads, they were all posted at the same time after all.

And funny how people choose not to rate late when a video is deemed good enough to deserve a repost despite having been seen by everyone.

So either this was reviewed by somebody else, or I have actually seen this movie before
So either this was reviewed by somebody else before, or I have actually seen this movie before
It's based on a book called Skipping Christmas. You probably read it in high school. Which actually, for a book to movie adaptation, is not that bad. They didn't do a good job of portraying the character of Luther though. It's established in the book he just doesn't like Christmas because he's a shithead, so the rest of the shit that happens actually makes sense and doesn't leave you wondering what it's trying to be.

I think nostalgia critic did a video on it, I had the same feeling too.
I think nostalgia critic did a video on it, I had the same feeling too.
Yep he did. The difference is that Nostalgia Critic was very harsh with the film citing on how very mean-spirited it was and missed the point of a Christmas movie until the very end.

That's the exact same thing on the internet.
Before I saw this movie I had no idea how much of a big deal Christmas is to Americans, "how dare you not spent money on the cult of Christmas, how dare you not embrace the spirit of credit cards."
please do not think that christmas with the kranks is a documentary
please do not think that christmas with the kranks is a documentary
