After its all said and done, I think I like all of them equally. Together they all have a great arc and each one adds memorable moments, and this just reminded me of the crazy journey we've been on and how much we've been though. Awesome series
I think making it a timeloop is a bit of a copout.
Great episode(?) though. The hand was fucking terrifying.
I think it was done to kinda cement the misery
the three are gonna have to live with this nightmare for eternity

Well, they just have 194 dayus more of this shit.
I think they are going to re-experience everything once again.
I feel like it isn't over yet
I noticed something odd about Yellow Guy.
[sp]At around 7:17 his Nose starts to twist to side and gain bumps like Roys, plus he is losing hair as well. Also Yellow Guys bedframe has an R on it, rather than Y for Yellow (Or D for Doi, his official name by Becky Sloan). It could be that Roy is Yellow Guy who has gone through this many many times.[/sp]

where are you seeing an R on his bedframe? every instance I see of it pretty clearly shows a Y.

[sp]His bedframe does have Y, not R, as an initial. Still a really fucked up conclusion to be thinking about though as unlikely as it may seem.[/sp]
[sp]This entire series is about raising children. Roy, the father, can be seen watching over everybody in every episode from two and up. It's creepy, but he's there watching everything happen. Roy has manufactured his own reality to teach his child and his friends (the machine at the end), but they slowly become detached from what he is trying to teach them, and this manifests as them dying when they decide to stop listening to him. This just further upsets Roy, and also explains why his child is the last one that is left.
Think of a super controlling parent trying to shelter their children. Roy is like that. Y has lost his friends because his dad told them they couldn't spend any more time with Y. Roy was upset that they weren't listening to him. And with Y being the only one left to listen to Roy's bullshit, he's starting to wear down. Hence the way he is acting in this episode.[/sp]
Huh, thought it said R in one of the scenes.
So what exactly are episodes 1,2,5, and 6 about? I know that episodes 3 is about cults and episode 4 is about internet addiction, but I don't know about the others.

As I remember it:
1. Is about how we are forced to look through certain viewpoints in the media,
2. Is about how we are taught to do many vain things due to a fear of death,
5. Is about how trying to change a precedent makes you dangerous to people who benefit off of it, and
6. Is about how, while the younger generation may try to change the ways of old, it's not possible to escape the same consequences as the previous 5 videos.

I hope one day they'll release a video showing off the props up close and how they function. They look so innocent out of context.

That was a great series! Glad I contributed to the kickstarter. It will be interesting to see all the theories get refined and developed now. I feel like the media theory is pretty accurate, but would be interesting to see if the creators will every say anything about its true meaning.
Is there any games that act all kid friendly but half way through the game it starts to turn messed up? Kinda like in DHMIS?
Asking how cause it's kinda relevant.
Speaking of relevant content.

I can't tell if this is liked because she just likes the tweet and response, or [sp]that one of the implications DHMIS 6 has, is how it kinda implies that if it kept going, the teachers would just be really weird and make no sense, kinda like how cartoons get nowadays, and then rebooted.[/sp]
[sp]So wanting more, would lead to the stagnation of the series, just like in cartoons.[/sp]

I thought that [sp]Roy kidnapped them because we see their "missing" posters throughout the episodes. After Red Guy left he tried to phone his friends because he missed them, life outside got really boring and he cracked. Roy realised this and showed him that he could have all of the music he wants.[/sp]

Undertale's a little like that too (just hear me out on this one). Although rather than be consistently friendly for half the game THEN go full-on horror, it has "upper" and "downer" moments throughout, where things go to-and-fro between happier fun times, creepy bits, and sequences of horror.
There's also Among the Sleep. I really liked it. It reminds me of Coraline.
I thought there was only the one of these. I had no idea there were any sequels! I know what im doing for the next 40 mins
I think its about the situation in germany after ww2 east and west
It's not the last one, a comment when I watched it yesterday showed me that they posted on weebly that finale would be "tomorrow" (June 20th)
Expect 7 sometime tonight

I have this concept for a platformer where, in a nutshell, you're a nerd who collects pixels to enhance the game's graphics, solve puzzles and fight malware.
Later on you'd get a change to mess with the virtual world's code, with devastating results. You could, for instance, speed up the virtual world so that seconds there would be years in real life. Then you'd get this big revelation about how the real you died a long time ago, and you now only exist in the virtual world.
Just gotta finish my studies and git gud.
