I went out with 5 or 6 cans and started with an outline and a fill colour, when the fill would run out i would use the outline colour to fill and then grab a new can so the colour combos are somtimes a little wacky because of that.

To be perfectly honest, they need work. Please please dont take this as insult and dont get discouraged, we are all/were all crap at one time (ill upload some of my first tags later, you will laugh your ass off.)
The colors are obnoxious, try some pastels like light blue and light green
It's pretty off balanced
The "N" needs work
It is very plain.
Try incorporating a character into it, (like a newt!)
here's an example, it makes the piece so much more interesting and different

The C is better, I didn't see it whatsoever before. The T could still be a plain I though; I think it would become a clear word if you added a little curve at the bottom

Can I ask something, why do we all need to fight over whether street art or graffiti writing is better? They're both the same when it comes to the basics. We use spraypaint, we write on walls, sure we all do it in different styles and methods and such but it isn't much different. Why can't we all just get along?

and graff is calligraphy and characters, street art uses stencils and paint to make a cultural or political statement (usually)
