Lol homemade got his just-desserts

I've been putting little monsters on those shipping labels I ordered and slapping them up.

i got a book for free from my library titled 'The Top Ten of Everything Two Thousand and Six' and I've been cutting out pictures from it and rubber cementing them places. theres a page of just picture frames and I've been framing strange things in them. Its lots of fun, IRL photoshoping.

Fairey is a fuckin douche. Why does anyone even care what he thinks? He thinks that everything that he makes is so deep and has a ton of meaning but all of it is really really simple. He isn't even that great of an artist, most all of his pieces have really bad composition. He seems like the kind of person that even if he wasn't famous he'd still have a really fat head about what he does.

I kind of agree that Thierry is a bit of a dumbass for taking things too far with his "art", but I do admire his ambition to be someone I suppose. His art isn't very impressive though. BUT that's not the part I paid attention to, I was just paying attention to how Shepherd is just standing there talking to people while he allows his "assistants" to do his work for him.

They use assistants. Also, Thierry is Banksy.

For some reason, that just really ruins their credibility to me. I feel that an artist should be putting their own work and effort into their own art, not hiring people to do it for them. Just kind of feels like an easy way out.

Who cares about meaning. Art is best when funny or enjoyable to look at. I don't want art making me rethink my life every ten seconds. That shits for dumb teenagers on acid.

Man I like your art, but your opinions seem to be consistently terrible :v:
