Please do go on.
Wake back to bed method. It's meh, I've tried it a couple of times but that stimulates me to want it more, and I end up not having it
What about HILD?
What's HILD? (PAGE 9 SNYPA) Well, fuck.
Oh, and I tried the "lay on your back for 30 mins" thing, and it sort of worked, I started feeling random shiver-like feelings, and every now and then the complete blackness from mye eye lids turned into something clear, like me sitting on a classroom (boring, I know.) Is that what you mean with hypnagogic images?
Yep, if you feel like you're about to dream, imagine a door and you walking through it into your dream.
[editline]10:34PM[/editline] I still don't...
It's basically this: Cool :D
What's HILD? (PAGE 9 SNYPA) Well, fuck.
Doing self-hypnosis to get into a lucid basically
What's HILD? (PAGE 9 SNYPA) Well, fuck.
Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dream What orkel said It's like a more advanced version of MILD kinda
Please do go on.
Wake Back to Bed. It works nicely, for some people. Basically you set your alarm to like 4 hours after you go to bed, then you get up and do some mental activity (reading, math problems, whatever), then go back to bed. Your mind is active but your body's dying for sleep so you slip into WILD's almost effortlessly. I don't like them because I feel like they make me more tired, but they technically don't.
Yep. That's like the penultimate step to WILD. (That's a fancy word that means second to last. :v:)
What about HILD?
I think I've heard about that. What is it?
Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dream
Oh, that. Never liked it, seems like MILD but harder.
I think I've heard about that. What is it?
Basically a more advanced version of MILD that involves more of you talking to yourself. Counting down, chanting, etc. NINJA'D by the man who asked the question :allears:
page 9 kekkeke gonna go lucid after page 9 appears
I'll update this with different methods later on, I think.
Nice thread
nioooooooo [editline]10:40PM[/editline] It's the page rush, worse than the thread rush (if anyone, and I mean ANYONE interrupts our page race you will be raped in your dreams)
George, stop trying to win page 9. You know i will win.
P.S. Page 9 starts at post 321 (or so)
Oh, I am blue blood.
On second thought, maybe I won't add extra methods. They're simple enough with MILD/WILD.

Okay, sorry. To put this back on topic, I present the following.
Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is a group of substances pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pryidoxamine) that are widely distributed in animal and plant tissues. These substances are involved in the metabolism of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and in the breakdown of glycogen (a stored sugar). Vitamin B6 is found in liver, pork, chicken, fish, and whole grains. A deficiency can result in functional disturbances of the nervous system. Pyridoxine is essential in the conversion of amino acids to carbohydrates or fats for storage or energy, the synthesis of new amino acids from carbohydrates, and the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan to niacin. Vitamin B6 provides a role in the development of most protein-related compounds including hormones, neurotransmitters such as serotonin, hemoglobin in red blood cells, and many enzymes. Originally posted by www.anyvitamins.com The dosage underneath is the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), but be aware that this dosage is the minimum that you require per day, to ward off serious deficiency of this particular nutrient. In the therapeutic use of this nutrient, the dosage is usually increased considerably, but the toxicity level must be kept in mind. * Males 2 mg per day and females 2 mg per day For those who feel depressed, or any symptoms of depression (lack of self-confidence, loss of will to do anything, loss of desire to wake up, consistently sleeping, etc. etc.) I recommend taking Vitamin B6 or trying to incorporate more food that involve this vitamin before seeking professional help. Can we take on the form of a bee or a wasp in our dreams?
