what
I want to use most of these, even though I know it'd kill my reputation everywhere I go. "How much does a polar bear weigh? Enough to break the Ice. Hi, my name's -name-." "If you were a leather belt, I'd use you to beat my children." "If you were a beard, I'd stroke you."
Speak of the devil my mom made banana smoothies with dinner.
I love banana.
"How much does a polar bear weigh? Enough to break the Ice. Hi, my name's -name-."
I'm going to use that one.
Figure I may as well post a dream I still remember from my childhood. I was standing in the living room with my mom, I was probably seven or eight and was running around a glass table in the center of the room. My mother asked me to go grab a basket of clothes from the laundry room. Now the laundry room is at the very end of a long dark hallway, this hallway had no lights whatsoever, so my only choice of advance was to rush in and out as fast as possible. I take off down the hallway, my tiny heart racing, and trip and land in the basket of clothes in the darkness. The basket ended up on top of me and I was too frightened to do much of anything by this point. I held my self in the fetal position as I heard whispers coming from a room to my right. I figured there were two of them and actually envisioned what they looked like. Imagine the stereotypical little green alien, except with tan skin, long dark hair, and wearing typical Native American garb. One of the creatures grabbed a handle on the basket and began dragging me, along with all the clothes, into the dark room. By this point I was scared shitless, I tried screaming for help with every ounce of strength. But the only noise I made was the occasional hoarse whisper (I've noticed that this happens a lot in my dreams, where I am unable to call for help because my voice gives out when I need it the most). The moment I was dragged into the room I woke up.
I had a dream a couple weeks ago that I just remembered. It involved Facebook, a Samurai, and siamese twins. It was weird. I'm trying to remember it.
Fell asleep again trying to do a WILD. I tell you, I can't do it.
I had a dream a couple weeks ago that I just remembered. It involved Facebook, a Samurai, and siamese twins. It was weird. I'm trying to remember it.
Sounds like an episode of Samurai Jack. Except with facebook
Where's Jake or Zin when you need them
Woh. That was freaky Is it possible to become your subconscious in a dream? I started my dream off constructing a landscape, populating it, and then seeing myself play it out. Like from wireframe and assigning behaviors and shit
. Like from wireframe and assigning behaviors and shit
Sounds like the Sims for some reason.
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT I AM PSYCHIC. Hear ye, hear ye.
Wow What the fuck That is spot on except I didn't tell it to wake up. [editline]02:20AM[/editline] Not sure whether or not to post the story seeing as, you know, you kinda described the just of it
Wow What the fuck That is spot on except I didn't tell it to wake up.
Eh. That part's always a little fuzzy. You either give the signal for it to wake up (which wakes you up), or it tells you to wake up (which also wakes you up). [editline]02:21AM[/editline] No, post it. I want to see just how right I was.
I suppose I'll leave.
I suppose I'll leave.
? [editline]02:23AM[/editline] I told you, it takes time. Don't give up already. And don't try to WILD immediately. Work on dream recall first, and keep a journal. It takes a long time, you can't run before you can crawl.
My dream journal goes back to 7/25/07. Albeit not consistent, but I do my best. And my dream recall is very good. But this thread seems to pretty much be just a conversation between Zin and Jake. [editline]02:26AM[/editline] With chatter here and there.

Try MILD instead. WILD can take a lot of time and effort. And that's because we talk consistently about this stuff, and others benefit from our conversations. No need to pout because your brain won't cooperate.
Are you counting? [editline]02:30AM[/editline] I laughed at the mspaint image bawhawhaha
I was trying WILD, then I saw this really weird silhouette approaching to me, it was damn scary. It happened when I was in a Hypnogogia state, I think...
Are you counting?
I read a technique where you count down from 99 while breathing deep for each number. When I get finished I feel relaxed but my eyelids still do not feel heavy. I fall asleep when I finally move and give up because I can't keep my eyes closed consciously.

I've tried the counting thing, I've tried focusing on barely twitching my fingers. Too much focus means you don't fall asleep. Just go to bed, but when you see the fireworks behind your eyelids start to move and do interesting things, just follow the patterns. Requires no effort and will get you WILDing in no time.
How would you fap, Zin? Hearing your subs voice would just kill the mood entirely. Just sayin'.
How would you fap, Zin? Hearing your subs voice would just kill the mood entirely. Just sayin'.
It's not like it's riding piggyback on my brain. It's kind of like being able to refer to a friend at a moment's notice.

While trying WILD, what happens if you got an itch? Can you move or will it ruin everything?
It's not like it's riding piggyback on my brain. It's kind of like being able to refer to a friend at a moment's notice.
Would that mean it would be able to refer to you at a moment's notice too? Or doesn't it work that way?
Typing up the story now. Oh look Repo Men is on. This may take a little longer than anticipated cause I'll be switching from TV to book
While trying WILD, what happens if you got an itch? Can you move or will it ruin everything?
Just get comfortable. It won't destroy the process if you move, you're still moving into the "sleep zone", if you will. Just fall asleep, it's not any different. Except you don't fall asleep.
Would that mean it would be able to refer to you at a moment's notice too? Or doesn't it work that way?
I never realized this was such an unusual occurrence. :v: So many questions. Not really. Again, sub is not a different person. It's just like...it's hard to explain. You ever have a conversation with yourself debating the morally correct thing to do as opposed to what you WANT to do? It's like that.
