And what I introduced is thinking: You are in a long black hallway. At the end is a door leading to a pure white room. Your thoughts, everything you are thinking about right now, is floating around in the hallway like bubbles. Concentrate on a single thought until it disappears. Do this with every thought. Once they are all gone you can enter the white room. All the while Breathing in peace, and breathing out stress. Once you are there and only feel your heart beat, think "I will remember my dreams"

I've used the white room trick before, but I've used it to make my brain release endorphins and adrenaline. Makes me energized the entire day, but I don't know why.

Is it normal to feel like you can't breathe at all during sleep paralysis? I woke up in the middle of my dream and it felt like I couldn't breathe in at all, and it's happened multiple times. I can't tell if it's part of the dream or not, but the sensation feels very real. It's not very comfortable to wake up and feel like you can't breathe.

Speaking of girls, I need to call Dani and see if she wants to go do something. I can't figure out how to phrase it though. Do I ask if she wants to hang out, or ask if she wants to go out? I don't know how to say it. :< "Hey, Dani, it's Matt. Are you free tomorrow night, by any chance? Oh, you are? Great! You wanna hang out and grab a bite to eat or something? Maybe see a movie if there's anything good out, etc." I can't phrase the go out one. I have no experience. :S Help.

I thought about it, but sometimes I feel guilty fantasizing about certain people. I don't know why, and it's not just her. It happens a lot. If I know them personally, it's just not right.
