I stopped writing and looked up. I shook my head and continued. "Page" a girl's voice said to me. "Yeah that's what I'm writing on" I said sarcastically. "No, that's not what I meant" the voice continued. I took a minute to think. I looked up again and rubbed my hands together. I realized I was dreaming. I turned to her. "Clever" I said to her. "I thought it would be fun" she said smiling. She was wearing a sweat shirt and jeans (Outside note : Basically the same clothes in the picture of Ellen you guys spammed the thread with) "Say, this is boring want to leave?" she asked me. "Sure I have no idea what I'm writing anyway." I said looking at my gibberish paper. She raised her hand. "Yes Ellen?" the teacher asked. "I need to use the bathroom but I'm not sure where it is" she said. "Can I take him along?" she continued gesturing at me with her head. "Sure, David take her to the bathroom." the teacher commanded. "Right" I said. We both stood up. "Now the potty is this way" I said joking around. She peered her eyes and grabbed my hand. I lead the way out of the class room. "So what are we doing" I asked. I heard a scream in the distance, like a kid's. We looked at eachother confused. It was coming from accross the hall out the window. We ran over to see what was happening. Outside the window was a balcony. We jumped down to it and saw a kid hanging there screaming for help. "Don't worry we'll get you up" I said to the boy. I turned to her. "Do you have any rope or can make rope?" I asked her. Suddenly I felt that bad energy again and froze. She turned back to me. "Hey? HEY!" She said shaking me. I regained control and turned around. There it was. "AJ" to be refered to as. "Hey there" he said. A chill went down my back. She turned to him and grasped onto me. "Why don't you just leave" she said to him in a shakey tone. "I think he likes something different than your bimbo acts" he said walking to the ledge. We looked at eachother and were silent. He looked over. "Oh that's suuuuuuuch a shame" he said. "Of course why would you want to risk the rest of your dream for something that isn't real at all?" he said to me. "I mean it's not like you have any rope" he said pulling out a rope. He threw it over and hit the kid with it. "Oops" I looked over. The kid was holding onto the ledge with one hand. "I don't think flying is going to work" he said. I turned to him. "Just a hunch" he said. He walked over to her and pulled her back. She kept looking at me. He turned her head to his and she closed her eyes. "Hmph" he muttered and pushed her back to the edge. I caught her and reeled her in. We both looked at him. He took his finger and scratched her arm, enough to make blood come out. She squeezed my hand and I felt my muscles getting tense. Now I felt pain on my arm where he scratched her. He pulled out a gun and gave it to me. "Shoot me" he said. I hesitated. "Come on do it, I know you want to" he said. I closed my eyes and thought. "No" I said throwing the gun over the ledge. "I'm not stupid, I know if I shoot you, I'll get hurt as well as her" I said to him. "Oh you're no stupid, that's the last thing if anything" he said. He slid to the side. "But you're human" he said. "You naturally crave power and dominance" he said. "Retribution and reprisal can be an excellent source of it" he said circling around back to her. He put his hand on her cheek. She exhaled slowly with her eyes closed. There were now cuts on her cheek. I lifted my hand to feel mine and saw blood drip down my hand. "As close as you move to her you'll do the same to me" he said. "But the difference is, I'll listen to her" I said regaining some confidence. "And you think you don't listen to me? As much as you think doing the right thing is good there will always be a time where you will have unexplainable hate toward someone, enough to ignore their cries of help and otherwise" he said "and I'll be there right behind you, where not even the highest showing of kindness or friendliness will be able to change this person's view on you" he continued. She stepped toward him. "I think you should leave" she commanded, not looking at him. "Why won't you look at me" he asked. "Leave" she said again. The eye that wasn't decomposed started to glow red. "Recognize my face because like her I am your subconscious whether you want to believe it or not" he said more aggressively towards me. "I believe it" I said calmley. I looked up into his eyes. He got really close to my face now and my muscles started to tense again. "You are part of me but that doesn't necessarily mean I have to listen" I said. He chuckled. "Do you think this is like any other nightmare you've had?" he said. Behind him I saw part of my greatest fear playing but not enough to scar me. I turned around. "Something you can control?" he said again. She walked to me and started hugging me. He stepped back. "You'll overcome him eventually" she whispered into my ear. I felt a tear drop on my elbow and rubbed them off her face. I looked over the edge again and the kid was gone, but he didn't fall. "Well the kid's safe." I said to her. The energy disappeared and it felt more positive now. She kissed my cheek a couple of times and returned to hugging me. I was analyzing. "The kid meant a little more than just a random kid on a ledge didn't it" I asked her. "Yeah, and I'm sure those random people you talk to can help you analyze if you don't do it yourself." she said rocking us side to side. "That's the first time I've ever heard you refer to them at all" I said to her. "Well it's not like they don't exist and you're not reading their analyzations right?" she said. I closed my eyes and smiled. "You have a plane to catch today so you should wake up" she said to me. She stopped hugging me and stepped back. I opened my eyes. "Hold on" I said. I turned to her. "I'm gonna need to get over this eventually, come here" I said gesturing my finger to come over. She smiled, ran up to me, gave me a hug and a kiss on the lips. I looked to the sides with my eyes since my head was locked. We were at a shore of a beach. I saw a lighthouse and a cliff. "And this cliff means more than just a place where we met huh" I said in between kisses. We stopped kissing. She smiled and nodded. Out of curiosity, how do you experience dreams? I heard some people have clear vision like when they're awake, and some people dream in black and white. Personally, mine seem to have a kind of red cloudy-ness about them, like when you close your eyes, but transparent in the middle, and are quite grainy, which nobody else I know seems to get. My girlfriend says hers are like a slideshow, and says it's comparable to reading a book and imagining each scene as you read. I asked if it was like when a light flickers and you only see the in-between bits of movement and she says it's sort of like that. Also is there any way to have clear vision in dreams?

I have clear vision like I'm awake. I know that the perception of the dream symbolizes something but I can't for the life of me remember..
