What would you guys consider the best reality check? I use a light switch, and I just started yesterday, but I don't know if there's a better way I can do things? I've never gone lucid, though. Maybe also a couple suggestions on how I can better fall asleep into a WILD?

Jake, I have a couple things that you should know.
One, remember that Ellen is not real. If she gets hurt, it won't really hurt you. It will make you feel guilty, though.
Two, she can help more than she's letting you know. I'm not supposed to tell you that, but it's true. She could end it all immediately if she wanted to, but she'll deny it.
Three, think about your subconscious. Is your desire to do good greater than your desire to do evil or create chaos? If so, you already know how this ends.

Huge disaster was going on in one of my dreams, that wasnt lucid. I somehow managed to force it into my control, and told her to stop it.
"You know I cant do that." but I continued to yell for her help to the point of screaming, soon enough she appeared, waving her arm infront of her the floor ripped through before destroying the dream. Of course she wasn't to happy about it, and woke me up afterward. :sigh:
