night, its 7AM for me so im just rising
Night zin. 11pm here. Eating dinner then going to bed.
I havent slept all night As usual.
It's 11 here too. Why the fuck haven't you eaten
Went to school half the day then disassembled the breaks on my mothers van and fixed them. Fun stuff. What state are you in?
Hey folks, anyone have any tips for falling asleep in the bed drenching heat?
I usually use a fan and grin and bear it because it can get hot here in the summer.
california. you?
Central California myself. [editline]11:43PM[/editline] Well I suppose the thread is asleep. And so will I be in a few. Im not going to meditate tonight. Im just too tired. I'll see if it has an effect on my DR. night all.
Mornin' Tried meditation Doc, not as proficiant at it as i hoped but my dream took a funny twist on it i was on some weird japanease mountain, one side somehow looked over to tibet the other side to japan (Dream geography!) and it was covered in snow, me and this asian woman were meditating on the side of this mountain where i learned to master it.
whelp. i'm goin to sleep. might have a dream!
G'nite Jack :v: [editline]08:18AM[/editline] Oh snap! i just realised i drempt a little more i can recall! I was back on this beach that pops up alot in my dreams, its very Far Cry/Lost, with North Korean soldiers patrolling, i waws showing my friends "Yeah my dream sometimes takes place here" then suddenly im there rifle in hand. Another thing i remembered but this is less related, My friend Sarah was there, this in itself no biggie, but im starting to wonder, she does appear in *alot* of my dreams, her twin sister occasionally but Sarah is allways there, i also used to narate my life in my head asif i was talking to her. Wonder if she might be my sub. :ohdear:
Phew, normal-ish dreams last night :D
What was it about? Also;- FIESTA! I was thinking about my dream the whole buss trip, two things have occurred to me. Firstly - i was actually pretty close to gaining lucidity, when i was on that island i knew something wasn't right, shame i didn't do a RC. Secondly the colour of the water reminded me of a past dream, I was on a beach, lying on this small island made of sand with a single palm tree on it, when i woke up i was completely in a different location, what i saw infront of me was a straw/wooden hut and a man stood at the end of the beach. I really wish i kept a DJ back then because right now it seems compleatly relevent, the tone of the dream when i was there was so so different, like it was very.. its hard to describe, it was like i felt asif i should hold on to every word he said. Aaand ive forgotten everything he said, except what he parted me with it was either "i'll be seeing you again soon" or "remember to come back" something along those lines. And actually i did try, i had a few more dreams where somehow i popped back up on his beach but the hut was destroyed and he wasn't there, havn't seen him since. The fact i never saw his face doesn't help, but then i wonder if he was more than just a part in my dream. Damnit Zin and Jake need to wake up and analyze this! :eng101:
Speech is always hard to remember :(
It is, this morning i remember fragments *on a pc game* "Yeah and this is what the dream looks like" Then im in it :v: And i remember saying to her "whats up? why are you so down?" But the thing with that beach dream is i know i should have remembered it.
Oh, I wonder why I didn't come in here before. I dream mostly every night, and 8 out of 10 times it's a lucid dream. Like the one where huge green monkeys on airplanes were taking over the world. I'd like to know what causes these lucid dreams though, I mean I've read several stuff about the way you sleep or writing a dreams diary, but I don't even do this. I just go to sleep normally, everything else "just happens".

Hey, just woke up. Its 6:00 here and i had the 2 weirdest dreams. Heres the first one (plz dont ask me how i got to this place in my dream because I have no idea). Ok i start off walking on this cliffside passage way made of wood, and it wasnt very well built, so it had gaps in between it. I got to the last one, i jumped, couldnt get a grip and fell. Luckily I fell in water, but it was shallow water so it did hurt like hell in my dream. I walk out of the water and see my sub and the dream ends. heres the other dream. the weird thing is this dream makes sense. Ok I dont remember much but i was in my car and we drove into an area for some reason that i dont remember. we park, and get out. Then theres people who come out of a building and they have guns. Then, a giant truck comes in and purposly swirves to the people and the building explode and my dream ends. If this means anything zin, please let me know.
So I'm wondering, could your subconscious be something other than a person? Like, say, you had a giant obsession with boxes, maybe it could be a box? Just wondering really

Just wondering really
Anything living I suppose. Unless you are very imaginative and create a giant talking box.
a companion cube!
Yeah you know I just thought it wouldn't be too cool if a box just cleared out your sleep paralysis monsters and gave you a bit of companionship
I think i'd prefer Ellen, but thats just me.
I think i'd prefer Ellen with a chain gun, but thats just me.
Fixed
... Just you wait, Jake's dream will have Ellen with a chain gun turning AJ into a fine red mist.
Then when Ellen wins we have a Fiesta. Or if AJ wins, well we go on the hunt for jake as he'll be evil.
if AJ wins it'le be a fight between him and Zin's Smith. :iia:
Quick, to the lab! We must create a dream sharing thingy.
