Focus on the things you see when you close your eyes, they could be dots, squigles, blobs, etc.
Visions could take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour
Have a positive state of mind and chances are your sleep paralysis will be funky colors.
You may excited or creeped out because your conscious is disoriented from being turned off.

Speaking of that, lets get some more ideas for V2. For example, in the thread right now, it says what the OP feels when he has Lucid Dreams, and how he experiences them. I think the OP should say what other people feel when they lucid dream, and how they do it, so that way some people won't feel like they're doing something wrong if they experience something different than OP. Plus it will make the thread more professional and it's an overall good idea.
Lets also have entries from people's dream journals. Maybe we should start making blogs and writing down our dream journal entries on it, too. I'm gonna try and start a blog now.

Then what happens? You don't get your blog added to the op or people don't look at it and people get offended and stuff.
I keep a chapter panel for my dreams because it shows how I came to the ability of talking to my subconscious outside of a dream

So, I succeeded to a point the other night in becoming lucid. I "awoke" in my bathroom and, since it's got multiple mirrors, I pinched my nose. That didn't check out, so I walked out. But I looked in the mirror anyways. It wasn't that bad; just me, but really pale, hunched over like a gorilla and with a grumpy face. I then told myself I would be in CS_Militia. Everything after that was a dizzying blur of color. It would seem the nosepinch does not cause me to go lucid. This has happened before like this, when I'm aware I'm dreaming but it feels like I'm really, really tired, and I can't remember much afterward. Any tips?
Damnit I can't remember what slugish movement or really really tired type movement in a dream meant.
It was either A) Low self esteem or B) General Awareness of Laziness
The pattern (seeing said it happened before) means it is infact a symbol but I can't remember what it means :bang:
