OOOhhh. Ok.
the last posts will be shit posts? [editline]11:38PM[/editline] Eh, I'll post my latest lucid dream.
I achieved lucidity about 3 times the first time I was in my bed, did the nose pinch, and I stayed in the dream. But, I closed my eyes to change the environment but I woke up when I opened my eyes. The second time, I was playing some sonic game with some friends, and I decided that the game was boring as fuck, so I dropped sonic to a beach, and here was when I got INTO the game, and I realized I was dreaming. I played around with the sand, created shit with the sand, etc. I got bored, and turned around, which lead me to a museum, sort of. In the museum were some friends, and they all seemed to know that “we” were dreaming. I lit a cigarette and took only one hit, then I threw it to the ground saying “fuck this, imagine another one if you want one.”. A friend said “YEAH!”, and ran over to the wall, were a new cigarette was waiting for him. We sat down and began talking, I stood up and tried summoning my crush (didn’t work), and I wanted to summon my subconscious, but I knew it would appear. As I tried to summon my crush again, I saw myself in the mirror. I looked normal. I was curious, so I focused on what the image was displaying, and the lights in the museum turned off, and I could only see the more malignant reflection of me. A friend of mine came running towards me with an evil look to his face, and I found a random girl on the museum and hugged her. The lights turned on, and everything was ok. I approached a two friends and said “DON’T DO THAT. You know that when I look in the mirror in a dream, everything turns into a nightmare (I felt that something similar had happened before.)” We talked some more, and I was like “jeez, I wonder what time is it irl, I guess mom will wake me up soon.” A friend began telling the punchline of a joke (what’s weird is that he told me the begining of the joke in another dream), and just as he was about to say the last few words (that would make the joke funny), I woke up.

When will it be ready, aprox.?
Fucked if I know, but within the next 12 days. I start school the 18th, I want it to be up and running before then.
Fucked if I know, but within the next 12 days. I start school the 18th, I want it to be up and running before then.
fuck. Well, I wanted to be here for the end of the thread, but I have to sleep and study, so bye.

I can't recall any dreams from tonight. :frown:
Daww Only scraps and fragments from dreams last night :( I was outside this building that was a cross between my old school and my work building... and i was planning a trip to Sweden on a laptop. And for some reason i was in a dinner jacket but everyone else was in a suit. Allthough that's something to do with my dads upcomming wedding i guess. WH^H^H^H Thanks Hm30, reading your dream triggered a recall of mine, i got stoned in my dream from a bong. Wierd.
Working on my dream recall. Going okay, I remember at least one dream per night.
I dreamt last night that I stayed up all night playing gmod and on fp.
OK I tried this last night, I didn't have a lucid dream. One thing I don't understand is what I'm supposed to visualize I tried to visualize a staircase but from what perspective is it best to view it? Should I view it from a third person or first person perspective of me walking down a staircase? Should I only view the stairs with a black background? Or should I visualize an actual room with a staircase? Also I have no idea what these hypnagogic images are an what am I supposed to zoom into or grab? I did actually remember my dreams tonight which is unusual so maybe something worked, because my dreams were very vivid tonight and normally I just don't get anything when I sleep. (I actually had 3 seperate dreams tonight which was a really big plus for me so somethings working). The only thing is that they were nightmares and they were pretty strong, during the nightmares after about 5 minutes in as my usual nightmare goes I realise that I am dreaming (however because I don't have a strong control I don't think about trying to change the nightmare or trying to do a reality check, it's simply very hard to think of that in a nightmare/dream) They were vivid but not lucid so I only slightly felt there but it was very all-over-the-place in the dreams as to how strong the lucidity was. In the nightmares I was being chased, however normally I wouldn't be scared by what I was being chased by but I dunno it's weird in nightmares I act differently like the second I saw the creature I just ran for miles for no explainable reason even though I wouldn't do that realistically. Any Help?
I can remember that the last time i was lucid there was no enviroments (I.E everything was black) and at one point i felt that my eyes opened but i stayed in my dream and then the dream ended and i fell back into non lucid dreams. Hopefully i can get lucid tonight, im gonna try driving a hovercraft of some sort.
Is there anyone who can help with my dream experience :(.
Zin and jake will be here "soon" i should think Drax. Oh and thread locks in 56 Posts. D:

Any Help?
I do like to view myself in 3th person walking up a endless spiral staircase without anything else. Not that that works with me tho, I just fall asleep with my last memory me lieing down, around 5 minutes after I go to bed. But the most important part is staying mentally awake, so choose what keeps you "awake" On your dreams, Zin has to analyse that. [editline]06:11PM[/editline] In other news, Tried to WILD for an hour long, only thing I got was numbness in my arms and legs, and some kind of electric tingle shits when I breathe out. Not that Ithought I would go asleep, just training myself to have the discipline to actually lie down for an hour without me quitting.

Any Help?
It doesn't matter how you try to visualize it, it's not like there's a set technique. And don't worry about the details, focus solely on the stairs in front of you and the motion of you walking down stairs. If you don't consciously fill in the details, your brain will do it for you. Hypnagogic imagery is what naturally happens when you start falling asleep. It's your eye muscles relaxing. I can kind of show you what it looks like so you can recognize it when it happens. Close your eyes, and press your thumbs into your eyes. In like five seconds, you'll see a bunch of colors (primary ones, generally. There's a reason for that but it's irrelevant.) That's basically what hypnagogic imagery looks like, but generally HI's more advanced and actually takes shapes. You'll recognize it once you get it, I promise you. Recognizing you're dreaming inside a nightmare is complicated. It's simultaneously incredibly good, and in some cases really really scary. It's good because it's almost guaranteed that you'll know you're dreaming, because most nightmares are impossible scenarios. It's scary because if you can't gain full control, it now feels more real than ever. I don't need to analyze that, really. Nightmares do unexplainable things, that's really all there is to it. I still have a recurring dream from what I can only assume is my early, EARLY childhood. We're talking eight months or so. And it's literally just lines and dots that move randomly, but there's something haunting and chilling about it. Not because it's scary, but because when i first had it, there was something inexplicably bad about it that could only be explained by a toddler, I guess. tl;dr shit happens

I wonder if half of the lucid dream stories I hear are bs. I hope that they aren't, but I haven't had any success, so I'm feeling like they are.
I wonder if half of the lucid dream stories I hear are bs. I hope that they aren't, but I haven't had any success, so I'm feeling like they are.
well, they aren't bs. LDing is real, I was there, and I think I heard you saying in the chat that you LDed too. About the stories themselfs, I do believe them (usually), but it's still the internet.
luck
Thanks, but the fact that i was falling asleep in my chair doing homework and having school tomorrow. I decided that i didnt want to lose any sleep. First night in a while I didnt remember my dreams.
First step GO IN OP, CLICK STEAM GROUP Second step CLICK JOIN CHAT
Take it easy, bro. I didn't know it was on steam. Thought maybe external. Get some sleep. You're sounding kinda pissy.
I had a dream that a bunch of gay guys were dancing around those cushions with the dicks sown onto them. A black gay guy decides to sit on the cushion with the black dick while all the other gay guys watch. No one was naked and the dream didn't even focus on the black guys lower body, so I saw him with a shirt. But still, this was one of the oddest dreams I've ever had.

Well, I remember a little bit of my dream, but sadly, no lucid. A friend of mine was in class and, for some reason, at the bottom of my view, a facebook-esque chat window opened up. It was from a girl in the class and she was talking to said friend, and asked him if he wanted to kiss. I don't really remember if they did or not, it kind of blacks out from there. A lot of my of my dreams lately have to do with school... Anyway, I've been increasing the amount of peanut-butter-banana-bread I eat, so, hopefully, my dream recall ability will continue to get better.
