What do you mean?
Well you know how your sub-concious is the true 'you'. Can you ask it in a LD to become you, or let it guide you as to how to act like it?
Had a weird dream last night.
But i remembered it, so its one page in on my dream journal.
Will post with 10x's

I still don't understand what you're saying.
I still don't understand what you're saying.
Lemme give an example.
A is a really mean and horrible person. Deep down inside him though, he is kind.
In his LD he asks his Sub-Concious to make him kind.
Could that happen?

Wouldn't his sub-conscious be kind in the first place, since you said that deep down he is kind?
Are you between the ages of 11 and 90 and are you a guy?
90+ you dream about space and being a ghost
It probably felt like that because it wasn't fully lucid. To make a dream clearer, more realistic and vivid, rub your hands together and look at them. I know what you mean by that, as I've had lucid dreams where I didn't feel fully lucid or wasn't sure of it, and lucid dreams where everything was crystal clear and it felt incredibly realistic. There's a huge difference between the two.
funnily enough that's one thnig I DID do in my dream, that I remember! I remember rubbing my hands together, flying, and thinking it was a dream.

That's more of a willpower question than an LD question. your subconscious isn't like a secret key. If you're a kind person deep down, then for some reason or another you're being a dick consciously. So it's your own choice to be kind, and it's really just up to you to take the first step.

Started my dream journal a couple days ago, it has gone empty until today...
It was a weird dream, with lots of things that should reveal to me that it was a dream, but I just thought "Oh, that's kinda weird, but okay."
1) Everyone on Facebook had the same status (something about Nirvanca O.o)
2) My sink was built into my stove, and the water lit on fire when I tried to do the dishes.
3) I was running XP (I have Windows 7)
4) I stayed up until 2 doing homework (I basically never have homework)
5) My dad was talking about some scene in "The Road" that doesn't actually exist.
Any tips to help me notice things like that better?
Oh, yeah: I was trying to do a C-WAKE right before (set my alarm for 2:30, counted, etc.) but I dozed off. It seemed to improve recall, at least.

Yeah, that improves recall when you wake up during an REM cycle.
Reality checks, that's about it.
Pretty much my first Re-call since I've read about this:
One: I had a dream about saying to my friend he had no pubes, he pulled out a mile long one and scared the shit outta me.
Two: My P.E teacher admits to having a relationship with a 13 year old, awarded round of applause, acts smug and cocky.
All I can remember, wasnt very clear either. I had tuna beforehand, maybe why I remembered the dreams?
I dreamt I was a lobster once. I puked for 9 years straight in that dream.
I have no idea.
I had a lucid dream.
I was in an amusement park on a sunny day with some blonde girl I've never seen before.
Suddenly, bees, everywhere.
Freaked the fuck out until I said to myself "There's a leaf blower behind me"
Then a mother fucking leaf blower spawns and I shoot the bees.
Twas slightly badass
I just want to keep working on this so I can lucid dream while I'm in BCT. It would help a lot with the stress. :D

How's that theme song coming along, TPMASTER?
How's that theme song coming along, TPMASTER?
Eh. It is. I couldn't record today because I had Grad practice and then I took my sis lunch. By the time I got home, my semi-retarded mother was there. I just don't feel comfortable singing in front of anyone. :/
So because my first method didn't work, I think I'm going to switch over to this method...
http://www.dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=87710
In short it's setting your alarm an hour before you normally wake up. (make sure it only goes off once) Then staying still and try to enter your dream state. Seems logical.
I'm doing that C-WILD thing, but when I'm in the second counting set I begin to drift away without noticing, thinking about other stuff. Is this me falling asleep? I usually lose myself in the 40's or 60's of the second set.
Any tips on how to prevent this, or use my "driftings" as a way to enter my dreams?
Also, I don't really remember my dreams since I started getting into lucidity.

I got my WILD around an hour before I normally wake up, this morning. So that method might work.

It's lack of concentration, and you improve it with practice.
Is it possible to trick your mind into being sick through a dream?
Not that I would do it to skip out on a test or anything like that.
. . . Much.
Sometimes, I have horribly violent dreams. Blood everywhere, people dying, etc. I've had (assuming) no horrible, traumatic events in my life. These happen occasionally, but I still wonder if there's some part of me wanting to cause pain to others. I'm a bit of a sadist, I guess, but I don't get off on actual suffering. Any way to explain this? Should I ask my subconscious about this?
In theory couldn't you stretch your dream time to 50 years and study everything your brain has seen?
3 days in a row I attempt WILD combined with SP and I got no result :saddowns:
I've had Hypnagogic Hallucinations before and it was scary as fuck. I couldn't go back to sleep after that it was awful

Yes but it will exhaust the living shit out of your brain, especially at that time span
Okay facepunch, today is the day i will begin to try to luclid dream. I guess it takes a couple weeks to figure out, but im going to make a commitment and do this. I think it will give me something to look forward to everynight

Good luck dude.
how long did it take some of you guys to get your first?
I dreamed I was wearing a fursuit.
Oh god, I hate how the worst dreams I have are the most memorable.

This is why I am kind of worried about SP. As I posted earlier, I was in a deeply relaxed state on my couch, I could see some sort of sphere expanding and contracting which eventually enveloped me and I got that electric sensation in my body. I was concerned about what would happen next so I just opened my eyes and it all ended. I just accepted the fact that I have possibly made some progress and just went to sleep normally. Gonna try it again tonight, could someone give me some insight on what kind of hallucinations/sounds/feelings to expect?
