Do not say sex [editline]06:54AM[/editline] Well I'm off to bed. Gonna colonize the moon or something.
I was lay still for about 1 1/2 hours last night... I thinking too much and just couldn't focus on images in my head, they only appeared for about 2 seconds. Mustn't listen to Pendulum today it is going through my head all last night. It's weird, when I thought screw this I need sleep now it took me ages to sleep normally plus I had no recall this morning.

Alright, today was strange. Most of the day felt fine, but when I went in to my weekly bass practice session with my instructor, I lost all focus. I couldn't play intelligently, I felt dazed, and everything was going by really fast. So I hit the bed when I got home, hoping that I was just sleep deprived (it is summer, after all). It took me a while to fall asleep, but shit hit the fan when I did. I had dreams of war (loltallica), childhood, history, and the future. At first I was just weaving in and out of them all Inception-style, but after that they just all blended together into one amalgam of thought. And I think there were Pokemon involved. Once I woke up, I thought I was still dreaming because I was having dreams within my dream. Inception-style. So that 2 hour nap didn't really help, I felt groggy as fuck. So after some food, I tried to amuse myself with music and funny pictures, but I felt... off. Over the next few hours I started to feel a little better progressively, but ultimately I felt different, disturbed somewhat I guess. So roughly an hour or so ago I went to bed. I had trouble falling asleep (of course), but eventually I slowly slipped into that warm comfort of an early dream. I felt content, relaxed, and at peace. All I remember from my dream was me reaching up for something... then BOOM. At the last thousandth of a second before I woke up, I felt fear. The most intense, primal, darkest fear I've ever known of my life. It was accompanied by an ear-shattering explosion. I shot awake in bed with a spastic flail of limbs, letting out a little yell too I believe. I still felt a little dreamy when I woke up, but it wore off after a couple seconds. So I went downstairs and talked to my mom for a bit and took a piss, hoping I'd feel better. I'm starting to feel pretty normal now, but I'm kinda unsure about going to sleep now. Just wanted to share.
I had another awesome dream. But my mom woke me up at like 7 in the morning in the rudest manner possible and now I don't remember it. Now I'm pissed off. Very pissed off. Jake try dream about a video game scenario like Infamous or Prototype or Bioshock.
The only thing I can remember about my dream last night was masturbating at my computer while no realising my brother was in the room untill it was too late. I consider it a nightmare. Another recent dream was me and someone who was apparently my friend broke into an abandoned supermarket. I was scared thinking it was haunted while my friend felt I was being paranoid. There were these two black teenage girls in there two but neighter our group or them seemed to care. I saw a shadowy-grey figure stalking us and I said "See? This place is haunted, I'm getting out of here". Then I woke up.
I lucid dream all the time now :D I don't even try for some reason. It just happens.
So after being gone for a few days and coming back to read through 400+ post. i must say you all seem like a pretty cool bunch. Anyways later I will explain on of my cooler other dreams, but right now Ill toss in one of last night's. The dream started at a compound of sorts, like a school, but the feeling of schoolwork needing to be done wasnt there. (if that makes sense) Me and my friend were there. i was getting ready to leave and he walks up and says that somebody tried to attack him, but he beat him down. (IRL heas always saying he could take anybody.) Then I was by a truck ready to leave, I was asked by a family friend (who came out of nowhere) if I started a fight, I said "no". I saw a tv mounted on the wall and a security video playing on it. It was 2 people fighting. My friend walks by them and one guy goes up to him and tries to kick him, my friend then dodges the kick and punches the guy twice in the face and he falls. Right after that I 'was' (as in just 'was', I didnt go there) in my late father's truck driving around town. My friend (whom I am fighting with atm) was in the passenger. everything was cool between me and him. Somebody I knew was in the back seat. It wasnt my friend from the first part of the dream, and I didnt know who it was. But I knew I knew them. He says "Rev the engine for dominic" (my friend in the passenger) So I rev the engine, but it sounds high pitched and quiet. (the truck has a nice, loud engine) So I thought, that's odd. Oh well. and I contine along the road. Then the person in the back changed into my other friend (Dominnic's cousin)he said "So are you going to take me home?" I didnt know how to get him home so as we approached a stoplight I asked Dom "can you show me how?" I started to turn right and these 3 people started to run across the street in front of me, so i wait. They stop before they get to the curb and look at something across the street. I realized they were children. I said screw it and started to pull wide around them because I didnt want to wait. As I turned around them they ran back across the street and I struggled to turn the tuck aide enough to not hit them. I turned it so wide I hit the curb. after I passed them and started driving, a symbol flashed in the street and blinded us, I felt the truck hit the cub and thats it. End of the dream. I woke up. Because I have school right now I cant, but I will scan the drawing I made of the symbol when i get back.
I can't wait to see the symbol. No subconscious dreams today, just a normal one. Later today I'm gonna nap and try a game scenario like steel said.
Hmmm..... http://remdreamer.com/ Apparently you can use it to not only induce lucid dreams but to also deepen them and stuff.
Hmmm..... There will never be a pill that induces lucid dreaming unless it harbor every nutrient required. Let alone make it deeper
Hmmm..... http://remdreamer.com/ Apparently you can use it to not only induce lucid dreams but to also deepen them and stuff.
First of all, you gotta know what these signs mean (I'm dreaming). After that, it'll probably work. But €147, holy shit. Way too expensive.
Hmmm..... http://remdreamer.com/ Apparently you can use it to not only induce lucid dreams but to also deepen them and stuff.
Gimmick. Do not buy.

Let alone make it deeper
It's one of those masks. It detects your eye movement to tell when you're in REM, and flashes lights and stuff to tell you you're dreaming. I've never tried one, so I can't vouch for their reliability, but in theory it sounds plausible.
Stephen LaBerge says they work. His books are amazing by the way. Would recommend them.
Yeah it probobly does work, but only for certain people. What happens if you're in a really deep sleep and you don't hear the mask say it. What happens if you suffocate? WHERE THE FUCK WILL YOU GET THAT KIND OF MONEY?
Yeah it probobly does work, but only for certain people. What happens if you're in a really deep sleep and you don't hear the mask say it. What happens if you suffocate? Explain this to me then, if the lights constantly flash you could get an eleptic attack while you're sleeping. The fact that you're also in REM triples your chances
For example, if a dreamer's face is sprinkled with water when he or she enters REM sleep, the dreamer might report rain in their dream. Or, if a dreamer is exposed to perfume, the dream might include a dancing partner and a ball. The REM-Dreamer uses this technique of reinterpretation by providing the dreamer's mind with preset visual and/or audio cues (flashes and beeps) which help the dreamer understand that they are dreaming. For instance, when the REM-Dreamer displays a flashing light the dreamer may dream of sunlight reflecting in a window pane, an ambulance with its lights flashing, or a camera's flash. The dreamer learns to recognize these signs in dreams, and these signs become the dreamer's gateway to lucidity.
Sounds like what happens in Inception. Someday I'll probably buy this to test it out.
Explain this to me then, if the lights constantly flash you could get an eleptic attack while you're sleeping. The fact that you're also in REM triples your chances
It only flashes when you are in REM, and you stop it by moving yours eyes from left and right to turn it off. A majority of people aren't epileptic and if they were they wouldn't get something with flashing lights. Also it isn't flashing as you would think. They just turn on for a few seconds then off for about 30secs-1 minute.
Seems like the lazy way of doing it. And besides, with experience you can do wild or mild almost on command. The mask is going to make it seem like you always need the mask otherwise you won't do it naturally
Hmmm..... http://remdreamer.com/ Apparently you can use it to not only induce lucid dreams but to also deepen them and stuff.
This is actually interesting, Because it makes sense! It will beep when the infrared sensors notice your eye movement being fast. It is completely possible! However, its sad if the beep just wakes you up... you gotta get used to the beep to remind you are dreaming. I think they are doing what they are supposed to do, (regognize eye movement and beep when your eyes are moving fast) But im not sure do they work, as do they wake you up, or will you learn to regognize it as a dream sign. By the way,Zinayzen, Can you lucid dream every night, if you wish, or does it just happen sometimes. I mean, do you succeed every time you try?
I'm going to take a nap.
Awesome. Things. Were just seen.... will post it later...
Meh, I can only sleep at night in the dark...
I didn't even think of trying to lucid dream, off to make some peanut butter/banana sandviches.
Seems like the lazy way of doing it. And besides, with experience you can do wild or mild almost on command. The mask is going to make it seem like you always need the mask otherwise you won't do it naturally
Not everyone can grasp those techniques that easily. I've tried both over the past couple years and only had a handful of lucid dreams, none of which were satisfactory. I can understand getting desperate and wanting to get a magical lucid dream device.
God damnit, no bananas, I'll just go with peanut butter alone then. [editline]07:16PM[/editline] You ruined my automerge.
