At least you can sort of restore your foreskin but of course there are nerve endings in what was removed that can never come back.

My mom was also raised in a Catholic house, but she was big on religious freedom. Am I a little miffed that I was circumcised? Eh, yeah, sure, but it honestly doesn't make a lick of difference in the end. The act itself when forced on an infant is completely wrong, in my opinion, however, but I can't fault my parents for being concerned for my future safety.

Though he was somewhat glad it occurred and has no qualms about it, but I believe it is because his circumcision wasn't extensive and he has quite a bit of slack left over. A lot of people get a tight circumcision with no slack left over.
