Guh, my mom is so dramatic during the holidays. She's starting to freak out simply because my sister is in the same room as her while she's trying to cook the turkey.
The ironic thing is that we often go to my cousin's place during Thanksgiving....

Last Thanksgiving, my stepdad was in the hospital because he had a stroke (he's well built and looks years younger than his actual age, bad genes I guess) but he's fine this thanksgiving, and he's cooking (he's also a great cook). I guess I can say I'm thankful he's still alive.
I celebrate Thanksgiving in october... I guess thats because I live in Canada.
