fucking awesome chechen AK-looking gun [img_thumb]http://img.izismile.com/img/img2/20090910/bonus//8/guns_12.jpg[/img_thumb]
It's 7.62x54mmR since those seem to be SVD magazines. Mad Chechen bastards The rear of the receiver looks a lot like that of an SVD as well. But still, they seem to have put two magazines together.
It's really not hard to make a gun, and making a submachine gun is probably the easiest kind of gun to make short of a Handgonne.
The manufacturer advertises it as, a "prelude to a weapon of the future." This is an actual self-contained blaster rifle with a power cell good for between 120 and 150 shots on a full charge. It can send out a 6000 watt pulse, which is enough to "blast small holes in the hardest of metals." There are videos on the site of other class IV lasers (the same grade as this one) cutting through blocks of wood like... well, like a hot laser through wood. Depending on the lens you're using, these lasers can cut through rocks and burn hot enough to make air explode at the focus point. That's right: They can kill the air itself.
Not cheap, but still home-buildable once you got the right pieces.

It takes a whole cargo plane to make a laser that powerful.
Has anyone mentioned John Dillinger yet? Or was it a fake? I can't remember the entire story.
I like how instead of just using an AK mag, they decided it was far easier to make one out of SVD mags. Logical.
You can't just switch an AK-pattern mag for a SVD mag. AK are commmonly 5.45x39 or 7.62x39 while SVD's and tigrs are 7.62x54 Besides that thing migth look like an aK but it's a modified tigr, it has nothing to do with AK's And it's an extended mag, which is a very, very easy thing to do. Instead I like how they have a supressor for a rifle, when they most likely don't have access to it's sub-sonic munitions.
Those numbers can't be right. It takes a whole cargo plane to make a laser that powerful.
Don't know, just posting from the article... But I've seen a video of it in action, and it really punches holes into solid stuff, including metal. It takes a bunch of seconds though, it's a continuous beam, not a pew pew lazer gun like in the movies.
There was this one guy that made a full kar 98, don't remember his name though.
Same person.

I tried making a rifle.Failed
Dummy Submachine Gun. A fully functional submachine made by a prisoner back in 1994 in Wolfenbüttel prison, Germany. It was made from a grease injector, wood, a rubber sleeve, and tape. It always baffles me how creative prisoners can get.
well you know what they say, necessity is the mother of invention. You need a gun to kill a motherfucker, you gotta make it happen
Those numbers can't be right. Well, this one is rifle-sized and seems to work pretty well... :v: If only I had 2000 bucks to waste...
While not exactly improvised, I think these still breach the barrier to absurdity. Siamese .233 from Tromix Lead Delivery Systems [img_thumb]http://www.tromix.com/images2/Siamese16_B.jpg[/img_thumb]
"Lead delivery system". I like how how that sounds.
I have lots of intresting improvised firearms and vehicles in my folders.

The weaponary of Russian rebels look like the equipment of some sort of mad max raider gang. I tought the Russians had a lot of weapons ( Having the richest weapon dealers in the world ) but those Cechens seem to be to poor to even purchase a AK47.
I now feel compelled to buy Metro 2033, should I?
That isn't functional. It's a dummy model that was meant to be used to sieze hostages.
It seems like the dummy submachine gun would've eluded to that
A long time ago I ran into this Russians channel, he never spoke but all the video titles where in Russian. He made 3 different home made shotguns (all made with piping and metal and valves n whatnot) which shot buckshot(home made), a flaregun, a trip mine, and a flash bang. I regret not saving it.
