But still totally badass.

Get within 5 meters and try again.
Because a lot of these are made in highly illegal circumstances.
In the US, you cannot censor information because it can be used to do illegal things. Hence why things like The Anarchist's Cookbook aren't censored. And, actually, homemade guns are completely legal in the US, as long as you don't sell them.
An ex-friend of mine has a "rifle" that launches nine inch nails (With duct tape on the head to reduce drag) with compressed air. The mechanism to make it ready to fire is proper finnicky but it's quite funny. He attatched a cheap aimpoint sort of thing to it too.

What about the ones that are not made in highly illegal circumstances.

The anarchist's cookbook is a piece of shit, I read it and it's 27.5% cool weapons, and the rest is a guy rambling on about 'BACK IN MY DAY' and phones and shit.
How about a plank with a few nails in it?
Primitive. But effective.

Why not make rifle with a 6 round cylinder? Like a revolver with a stock and a longer barrel and, who knows, maybe even with a grip.

Very few people have the experience or even the tools to make much of anything these days. Home made guns are still regulated to a degree, you can't make fully automatic firearms for example. I've been wanting to go down to the courthouse and seek some legal advice on that matter though, most of those laws seem to concern automatic firearms created from pre-existing parts, like assembling a Sten from a parts kit for example. I have to wonder if it's legal to make a subgun from a pile of non-gun metal stock, probably not but it's worth poking at.
What about the ones that are not made in highly illegal circumstances.
Google "Expedient Homemade Firearms" by Phillip Luty then. It's worth mentioning that Luty is currently spending time in prison for writing that book, course he's British. There was a big stink over there concerning the police raiding the homes of people who so much as downloaded the book.

Right, so where you going to plug the compressor in then?

I remember doing this as a child
Enjoy your stump hands
I used non aerosol hair spray so that wont explode just burn.
Good idea, when I did it I used deodorant
Looking back I was just like "Why the fuck did I do that?"
You wanna know something that's a very easily made weapon, and incrediably painful? Grab a towel, duct-tape, and a shit-ton of glass, nails, and bolts.
First you lay out your metal/glass items inside the towel, and you pull it up like a garbage bag, and tape on a handle. Make to seal off all exits/entrances, and their you go... You officialy have a weapon which can do a shit-ton of damage.

Not as big as your average cannon nay as powerful, however small this little beast is it's still strong enough to pierce skin.

No eyeball is safe and no fingers shall go un-singed
Epic little hand-made cannon can destroy most any house hold object such as light bulbs, plates, soda cans and even an old CRT monitor screen

Have fun burning your left arm with the powder flash, assuming it doesn't cook off all the barrels at once and explode.
Revolving Rifle
At my local gunstore they have one that looked similar to that, the guy I asked about it said it was the same thing as a handgun only with a longer barrel and a stock.

They do make those, but the Colt 1855 was a dedicated military rifle, not a long barreled pistol with a stock.
