I'm guessing this is going to be largely disappointing, and it's going to become a running gag where basically every time we see John go into dream bubbles he gets killed by someone and wakes up. I REALLY want him to fight Jack though, and MAYBE even have some sort of conversation with him. I don't know why I just wanna see someone talk to Jack for some reason. Excluding Karkat talking to HIS Jack and stuff like that. I wanna see someone who's his enemy talk to Bec Noir.
Now I can only see John's face in the latest panel a closeup of that

Honestly, yeah, I wouldn't expect much. It's another epic battle with several panels of suspense, so, just like Dad+Mom/Jack, John+Rose/Jack, Dave+Jade/Jack, John/Denizen, Davesprite/Minions, Trolls/Black King, etc. it will either end early or not be shown.

The two stories aren't actually in the same universe, at least to current knowledge. There's been no for shadowing, a little bit of lampooning of the theory they would show up as prospitians, and there's plenty of references to problemsleuth as merchandise in the kid's universe (that being said, there's also Midnight Crew stuff too) so it seems just to be a work of fiction. I think consensus in the community would be a resounding "no" but hell, nobody saw a lot of the homestuck twists coming so who knows.

We've seen Problem Sleuth's entire universe, and we haven't seen anything looking like it in Homestuck
