I mean the Green Sun is the mass of Universe A & B combined so it must be huge & the time it would take to get from the center of it to the edge would be insane. Or maybe they were catapulted by the force of the Tumor activating to get the the edge right away?

As awesome as this is, Jack is going down pretty easily, considering just how powerful he is. Two years of nothing but running must be paying off for John.
Doesn't the green sun not have as much influence out there as well?

she was god tier with the best odds she could possibly have going for her and she was still having to put up a hell of a fight with her strongest roll. also, jack was dueling her, meaning he wasn't fighting his best in order to test her.

Well John has had 2 years over Vriska to grow and possibly train and in the end Vriska would have won, regardless of the duel. Jack's just been running for 2 years, so he's probably weaker as you said.
