those fucking tables just did a solid 180
I was wondering when Jack was going to use those.
Cue PM coming in to save the day.
Son of a bitch. yeah PM's gonna come in and slice those tentacles right in half.
rug roh
Mysteriously regenerating sword
he jumped up and caught it
he jumped up and caught it
Seems like a stretch but I'll buy it.
he's got wings dude come on
he is also omnidogjack
I've seen enough hentai...
Yeah, but he jumps straight up according to the panel where he actually jumps and according to the frame after he's attached those tentacles he may even have moved backwards a bit. I mean it's not a showstopping issue it's just for a few seconds there I couldn't quite figure out where it was supposed to come from.
it isn't flying in the direction of your arrow it's going straight up GOD
Wait, I didn't quit catch the frame where he had it extended out, in which case that's where it would be if it were flying straight up. My bad.
I've seen enough hentai...
i haven't seen enough henti quite yet WHATS GONNA HAPPEN
Which direction Jack jumped: biggest plothole in Homestuck
the sword clearly left his hands at a 89.56 degrees, which according to my undisputed measurements of Jack's arm lengths would have rendered that maneuver impossible. 0/10 hussie are you even trying
Maybe the sword was hit upwards but was spinning, which in that particular shot made it look like it was not going straight up.
Jack, Jack sweetie, he's the Heir of Breath, strangling him probably isn't going to work. Just snap his neck and be done with it before deus ex mailbeara. Also I can't check because phone, but pretty sure Scratch couldn't see what Terezi saw, otherwise he would know the outcome. The ~Ath book has a clipping of Terezi and Karkat dead together, but that's a reused image from the doomed timeline where they contributed to the HONK code. He was playing the role of the fan who has pored over MSPA and uses what truths and callbacks he can find to justify his theories, just to an omniscient degree. But just like we got blindsided by what we knew instead of what we didn't know, see the birth of the green sun, it's appropriate to find the bounds of his knowledge.
here it is http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005721 all speculation. [editline]1st October 2012[/editline] also, vriska and jack seem to be an even match, maybe SLIGHTLY tipped in vriska's favor if scratch was willing to bet on her.
Why is she so interested in the door knob?
Knobs in general, isn't she?
Doc Scratch has dark spots in his knowledge, which I'm pretty sure are alternate timelines - He can only see so far down a "Branch" that isn't the main timeline.
And as his death drew nearer the dark spots grew greater and greater, which was how Hussie managed to get the drop on him
there were dark spots in the alpha timeline as well, he just couldn't see any offshoots
And as his death drew nearer the dark spots grew greater and greater, which was how Hussie managed to get the drop on him
Naw, man. Even I got this the first time.
I refuse to acknowledge this foolish man's self indulgent rubbish. His frivolous charades have no place in this building, or anywhere in this reality.

Naw, man. Even I got this the first time.
So he knew Hussie was going to kill him and let him? Actually that makes sense because then Lord English can be brought into the universe
Also, as faw as the "did God Tier Vriska beat Jack in a branch timeline" arguement goes, I'd say her victory is implied (regardless of the final blow not being shown). A Seer of Mind would have given you a more reliable account, perhaps. A true Seer would know where luck is a given, where it is absent, and most importantly, where it doesn't matter at all. And she would know victory doesn't matter in a reality where all else is doomed to fail.
shit
I kinda miss Scratch's narative. anyway, reading TV Tropes of Homestuck. Got to the bit on "Stealth Puns". Some of these are obvious, but this caught my eye.
◦Combining the Alpha and Beta kids, one ectobiological family is the Egbert-Crocker-Harley-Englishes, and the other is the Lalonde-Striders. What do you get when you combine all the surnames into a portmanteau? ECHE-Ladders.
[editline]1st October 2012[/editline] also, does anyone think it's worth reading the Discworld novels? Just found out the 26th Discworld novel is called "Thief of Time".
