Discworld is fucking awesome and everyone should read them.
You can technically read them in any order, but it's really not preferred. I would suggest going with [u]Small Gods[/u] first, since that one explains a lot about how the Discworld works. Plus, since it's a standalone you really won't be introduced in the middle of much of anything. I'd usually recommend the City Watch arc after that one, but if you're really bent set on reading [u]Thief of Time[/u], you can always start on the Death arc with [u]Mort[/u] and then read ToT.

Racked in SWEET LOOT yesterday when I received Books 1 & 2 for my birthday. It's crazy how much author exposition there is.
Hussie also tells us that Dennis, the unfortunate man who broke his thumb because he was so wasted and who featured in GameBro's review of Sburb, will be the final boss of Homestuck. His thumb will be his weak spot.
