tbh i've felt that radiation's music has been kind of going downhill slightly for a while but this song completely renewed my faith
Dude, Moonsetter and Stress are amazing, what are you talking about?
I was browsing the MSPAF when I suddenly remembered the MY HOMESTUCK FUNERAL thread from a while back.
That's stuff is thread simulator material. It's even worse that people give him ideas.
Best part of that thread:
Ok, I'm shutting this down for being weird.

Aw man I can feel it in my bones, the return of the best character.
Dude, Moonsetter and Stress are amazing, what are you talking about?
Technically he didn't write Stress. Toby only arranged it, the original being by Buzinkai.

Where are the LEGS. Oh good lord.
There's nothing inherently terrible about either of them? Top one crops the image at a pretty bad place, but I don't think the legs were drawn that weirdly.
Dude, Moonsetter and Stress are amazing, what are you talking about?
i like those pieces and i still listen to them every once in a while, i just didn't think they were as good as his old stuff. for a while it seemed like toby was caught in this weird uncanny valley in terms of production value, where it was good enough to not be appealing because of its lack of production, but not good enough to be appealing because of its professionalism.

All of those panels could have been done with still images and been just as effective. In fact, if anything should have been a flash, it should have been the fight sequence that just happened.
All of those panels could have been done with still images and been just as effective. Honestly I think Hussie is padding this out a bit, either for pacing reasons or because he's kinda tired from all that's been going on recently.
All of those panels could have been done with still images and been just as effective.
good to know that you know exactly how this will flow in the context of what happened before and what will happen afterwards when viewed as a consistent whole
If he wanted you to slow down, he could've added more panels or used gifs or even used just one flash panel, all of which would be better because you wouldn't be forced into an awkward loading time between panels.
If he wanted you to slow down, he could've added more panels or used gifs or even used just one flash panel, all of which would be better because you wouldn't be forced into an awkward loading time between panels.
because slowing down is apparently the primary reason he did it like this? [editline]9th October 2012[/editline] he's calling back to the vriska proposal flash where you had to click the blue arrows to continue, except this time the blue arrows are the actual blue arrows on the page. this one: http://www.mspaintadventures.com/DOTA/

Maybe Hussie is doing something similar to simulate the tedium of walking the wastes?

It could be that it's supposed to be a callback, except that instead of actually being a callback it's not really a callback. He could be having technical difficulties or something, and I wouldn't blame him for making one misstep out millions of good choices, but I don't like the way this was done.
so light up the night when's it going down when are we MAKING THIS HAPEN man
Soon... by which I mean whenever everyone's done recording their voices. I couldnt get a recording of mine done today, So I gotta do it tomorrow. also, a more complete version of this is being played at the end of the track https://dl.dropbox.com/u/75535818/opening applause.wav There's about 19 different tracks of my voice alone in there.

i get paid friday so i look to buy a new mic then probably still be a piece of shit but its something
I got a mic that probably doesn't suck Sing with Chinese accent y/n
I got a mic that probably doesn't suck Sing with Chinese accent y/n
Would both be possible?
Would both be possible?
Alternating between both accents or submitting two separate tracks? If it's the latter I might as well sing some parts in Chinese too because why not
Alternating between both accents or submitting two separate tracks? If we're gonna make a piece of shit cover, I at least want it to be a GRANDIOSE piece of shit cover
Definitely the ladder. If we're gonna make a piece of shit cover, I at least want it to be a GRANDIOSE piece of shit cover
It's already a piece of shit cover because my voice is in it I've been told when I call out, it sounds like a thousand voices scream out at once And are suddenly silenced.
