No, the plot went totally askew. This whole thing started off really nicely, and then once the trolls were introduced, we went all off into some odd direction that made no sense at all, completely making the first four acts obsolete, and causing this huge shit new plot to come in and fuck with something perfect. It also got dumbed down after hivebent. If it restarted at act 4, and kept going in a sane direction, we'd probably be done, and have something as wonderful as PS.

The beginning was a bit messy, however the end was very well pieced together. Homestuck had a really solid beginning, and could've had a great ending too.
