Feferi was shot right though the chest by a focused blast. Sollux was using his own eye beams across a widespread blast that, after overpowering Sollux, was focused directly into his eyes, blinding him.

While Gamzee is a tough little fucker in general I think your basis for the comparison of high and low blood durability is a little flawed. The cue ball didn't exactly hit any vital organs, the bullets did. Lots of times.
