I'm hoping the fact that he's still retarded despite supposedly being dead and being dead is supposed to heal you from things like that is going to be relevant later. Things like that only stick if you think they're a true part of you, like Terezi's blindness, and I'm fairly sure Mintuna wouldn't choose to be brain-damaged.

What if because the author had died Hussie has stopped writing for Homestuck.
What if he just see's how Tumblr responds to each update and theorises what's going to happen next and that's how he writes what's actually going to happen next.
