Figured it out. Sorry for the wait. It's a little counter-intuitive. You have to assemble it yourself, too, but if you've got more patience than a mosquito you'll be fine.
1) Visit this dropbox folder: [url]https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8wz5rj3vx99uc9u/eZEYteMfG5[/url]
2) Download the .bmp file and make sure it's already named activity.bmp
3) Create a folder to place this .bmp in
4) Open Win7BootUpdater.exe and you should be on the Booting tab. Under the first dropdown box, select 'Animation.' Browse to the folder you placed activity.bmp in and [b]select that folder[/b].
5) The animation will be applied now. It's already preset for the loop.
6) Go to the Resume tab and under the first dropdown box, select 'Same.'
7) Change the text in the two Message subtabs to whatever you want.
8) Preview to make sure it works.
And you're done.
