This is why I have trouble explaining this to my mom. I say im "pledging" which kind of associates itself with donations in her mind, so she thinks I dont get anything out of it. In reality, I get a fuck ton of cool merch and then the game itself. Kind of hard to validate all these kickstarters with her, but yeah.
