Tried to edit a picture, but...
"Can't open Image - May be too large or is damaged"
Doing it with Notepad++. Any help? And when I manage to actually do it, the small icon shows up glitched, but opening the image shows it fine...
what small icon?
If youre just using the Notepad, you can simply make a copy of your picture, and then open it with Notepad, edit and save, and the picture should be glitched after you save it. No need for photoshop

phaser provides a really neat effect. i used it on his eyes here. the bottom glitched chunk is just inverted and manually dragged to the right in an editing program

I got really bored, used a hex editor and just copied everything from Wikipedia's About page and pasted it in couple of places, and sometimes inside the text the page had in itself.
