Try not to remove too much. A single word can be vital for the rest of the image to show up for some reason.

If you use the Wave filter and set it to square, you can do some neat stuff.

The upside is it's customizable. The downside is it's really only displacing portions of the image without literally glitching. You don't get the color madness or artifact trickery.

Most of these are just bitmaps that have a few (or a lot) bits added somewhere, which causes pixel and/or color shifting...
Does anybody have any analog distortion that comes from the image source?

I think the color removal and repeition was caused by "fade in"

Where might one find this "Wave filter", it doesn't show in my list of effects in audacity
