If you use the Wave filter and set it to square, you can do some neat stuff. [img_thumb]http://th02.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2012/165/5/a/i__m_made_in_the_usa_by_wauterboi-d53jcdx.png[/img_thumb] http://wauterboi.deviantart.com/art/Made-in-the-USA-308272245?q=gallery%3Awauterboi&qo=2 [img_thumb]http://th09.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2012/162/f/0/skullbot_scatters_by_wauterboi-d536bx6.png[/img_thumb] http://wauterboi.deviantart.com/art/Skullbot-Scatters-307665114 The upside is it's customizable. The downside is it's really only displacing portions of the image without literally glitching. You don't get the color madness or artifact trickery. EDIT: I totally said, "If you use the Wave filter and set it to wave," instead of "set it to square." Fiiiixed.
I don't think I am doing this correctly. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/tdaNB.jpg[/img_thumb]

After a crap ton of trail and error I glitched a picture, and it didn't turn out to be a black and white mess of static. [t]http://niggaupload.com/images/t9snm.jpg[/t]

Most of these are just bitmaps that have a few (or a lot) bits added somewhere, which causes pixel and/or color shifting... Does anybody have any analog distortion that comes from the image source?
How could I resist It fits perfectly

I thought some holiday snaps would work well, they all seem to go greyscale, though.
Where might one find this "Wave filter", it doesn't show in my list of effects in audacity
Pretty sure he's talking about the wave filter in photoshop (under distortion filters)
I used to do this to uncompleted text documents so I'd have another day or so to do my homework.
glitched my avatar a little. Looks like a tv :D
I want to hear what these sound like.
