Disturbed, since I was about 11, so nearly 8 years.
Red Hot Chili Peppers since I was 6. So 10 years now.
Boston all the way.
Linkin Park was the first band that I ever really cared about. Learned about them at the end of 5th grade (2003). Told my friends about them and they were like "Holy hell, this is awesome!"
I have to agree with Marigi121, also. My mom always listens to classic rock, and that's how I learned of Jefferson's Starship, Boston, Journey, Led Zeppelin, Foreigner, The Eagles, and many other classic rock artists.
<3 Boston. Still a fucking great band.
Nine Inch Nails or Rage Against the Machine, if not those than definitely Depeche Mode.
Red Hot Chilli Peppers and the Offspring since 1994. Crap it's been almost 15 years... I'm feeling old...
Pink Floyd for at least 16 years now.
my mom alway plaed VanHalen when i was a kid
The Beatles. My dad got me hooked on it when I was a kid and I've listened to 'em ever since.
AC/DC, Queen or The Beatles.. Not entirely sure which came first.

Same for me! I got introduced to "Breaking the Habit" around that same time, and then decided to check out all their stuff. When New Divide came out, I was all "umm.." And now their newest album "A Thousand Suns" came out, it pretty much made me in love with at least "Waiting For The End".
From what I remember, until I was capable of putting music on, my sister raised me solely on Queen, Michael Jackson and the Starlight Express soundtrack, so... 17 years or something? (Mainly the first two tbh.)
Technically, Queensrÿche. The day before I was born, my mom and dad were at one of their concerts. I still listen to them to this day.
Probably AC/DC, don't listen to them anymore but I was until the beginning of this year from when I was like, 5
I would have to say Metallica. First ban i ever really got into when i was little.
jimi hendrix.
i dont think any of u have heard of him so i will explain wat it is:
a black guitarists
Pink Floyd or Porcupine Tree
Pink Floyd my parents played for me as a kid, and I later discovered they are actually amazing.
Porcupine Tree are the band that I discovered that I've been listening to for longest. 6 years now I think. Have always been and always will be my favourite band I think. Steve Wilson is a genius
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Duran Duran
Depeche Mode
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Led Zeppelin
Motley Cure
The Cars
Alanis Morrisett
Van Halen
My parents played them in the car constantly.
Queen,
The monkees,
The kinks,
The who,
Pink
Maiden is the longest band that I still would call myself a fan of now, but Queen was the first band that I became a fan of. I still enjoy their music but wouldn't call myself a fan of them.
Maiden of course, I have liked Maiden for such a long time that I wouldn't be surprised if I still liked them when I am old as balls.
Everyone fucking loves Maiden
Marty Robbins.

Ever since I can remember, dad always played him on car trips and stuff.
Pink Floyd/Queen/Led Zeppelin, and Metallica
And for something like 15/15/15/12 years, respectively.
Mostly because I cannot remember anything from before I was five or so.
Oh also Billy Joel.
A7x(avenged sevenfold) but i wanna say the band that first got me into rock was crossbreed or greenday back in 4th grade
