It could mean that you can only use each code once, or it could mean that you can only use one of those codes once per IP. Try using a proxy, or getting a different IP if you can.

Yeah, its once per account/IP I'm fairly sure, but each code seems to be able to be used multiple times (mine was used 3 times)
