Penn Jillette Lost over 100 Lbs and Still Eats Whatever He Wants
that's bs. i've ate equivalents of an entire pizza for weeks on a row and still didn't gain.
A frozen pizza found in the grocery store usually contains around 1000 calories for the entire thing. If you eat two of these everyday then you're most likely going to maintain your weight. If you eat three of these everyday then we're talking, you'll gain weight.
Your average breakfast sits at 300-400 calories and the said can be said about your lunch. A pizza (1000cals as said) on top of that will be just enough to maintain even if you eat it every single day (or even lose weight depending on how heavy you are). I'm currently gaining weight and I have to eat 1300cals for lunch and another 1000cals for dinner with a hefty breakfast at 550cals.

Eating like a pig and not gaining weight is just an illusion of eating like a pig. Truth to be told, you're probably just eating like a pig for dinner and neglect other meals / eat light which puts you in maintenance.
I have considered going on a diet, where I eat mostly vegetables and only consume meat that comes from animals I either hunt, or fish that I go fishing for.
I'd have to find a way of my own to produce some form of pop, but I'd rather make my own pop than constantly drink away 41 grams of sugar. Even under certain circumstances where I watched my diet and only had one Pepsi a day, I still managed to lose like ten pounds after a month.
I wish there was an opposite video to this. As someone who is underweight, I just don't have an appetite. Eating 2500 calories a day for me is a tremendous challenge. This guy lost his, I want to gain mine.

It is fairly simple, just gotta commit. If your weight is stable now then eating another portion of whatever you're having for dinner would already be enough to cause weight gain. Depending on what you eat, it could be a lot or it could be a little. If there's no gain after 2 weeks (weigh every Monday), then just double your breakfast and lunch as well. It's not comfortable to gain or lose so it's something one just has to get used to. Losing weight will feel like starvation and gaining will make you feel like exploding. Your body will get used to it eventually, but the starting period is always gonna be rough.
He almost looks like a completely different person.

i eat like a fuckin' pig and I'm still rocking that solid 145lbs life right now, real shame
I guarantee if you kept a food diary for a week or so and actually counted out how many calories you took in, you'd notice it wasn't as much as you thought.
I used to think the same as you: "I'm lucky, I eat whatever the fuck I want and I don't get fat". It wasn't true. Now I realise I was eating lots of junk food, but I was eating small quantities, or I'd eat them far apart to the point where my daily caloric intake was something like 1900 calories.
or - more commonly - I'd go one day eating barely anything, and then the next day I'd binge on junk food, and if you do the math you'll see that ultimately you're actually consuming less calories than you need.
His forehead has vag (between eyebrows) , i couldnt watch but only listen to the video anymore as i discovered this.

Josh Peck is actually pretty handsome now. It's really fucking jarring.

He looks better than Drake does.
He could've chosen to go into ketosis if he didn't choose potatoes. That would've been very interesting to see.
Man, he looks so weird when he doesn't look like his Ol' Jolly Self. He looks like a college professor.
He put his weight in the trash. Good on him
I've just started losing weight a week ago so this was really fascinating to watch
I will by no means copy his diet or methods, but hearing about how much better he feels and how much this has improved his life makes me hopeful for what I'll feel like when I hit my goal
I've been on diet for a 1 year and 3 months and everything he said about his feels is exactly the same for me too. I feel lighter, happier, friendlier and etc. Although my diet is bit simpler, 1200-1500 calories per day. Works wonders.

Can also confirm all this, lost 40 pounds this way, am much happier in life.

Can you send me a PM about this diet more detailed please ?

I weigh 110 pounds at most. Never exceeded 50kg, not once in my life.

I've been doing the same, as well as simple exercising (walk for an hour to two hours every day) and cutting unnecessary meals, snacks, soda, and drinking mostly water. I've only been going at it a short time but I've lost 3-5 pounds and I'm projected to hit my goal in less than half a year.
The hardest part is getting over the hump of making this habit. The hardest thing to sacrifice in my diet was soda since I've been an addict for 10 years, but I've managed to cut it almost completely thanks to the encouragement of friends and my girlfriend.
In a way I also get to eat whatever I want. I can eat nothing but pizza in a day and still be solid as long as I eat in moderation and get my exercise.

I'm around 180cm high, and 2 years ago my weight was around 45kg.
Only after 2 years working a blue-collar job have I gained enough muscle mass to clock in at 55kg.
And yet I'm still skinny as fuck.
I will never understand how or why people drink soda every day

I can understand how because that's how limbic reinforcement works. Why is another story.

As somebody who at one point went from almost 230 to about 165 at my peak, I can assure that it changes everything. I know that sounds cliche, but it's really true.
Jesus christ I had no idea he was 61 years old. That just blows my mind. I've been watching Fool Us on youtube for like the past month or so and I'm completely into it.

I did for a while, because the fridge at work had sodas in it and I brought lunch from home, it was easy to just grab a can at lunchtime. Trying to cut back now (or at least switch to lemonade or something less sugary).
If you struggle with soda you likely have a caffeine addiction. Either break it or drink black coffee as that's calorie free

Most lemonades and teas made by soft drink companies have more sugar than the carbonated drinks. Do your brand research.
