That seems just plain ridiculous to me. I can see how if you're being contently threatened, which most trolls are smart enough not to do, but if you go suing people over a tiny little insult on the internet that's just plain crazy. I would think suing him would take more time and effort (and money) then just ignoring the person and accepting that it's the internet and people are going to be assholes.
