Omg, I've been waiting for something like this. Here was one of my ideas while high: Make Weed legal, but make Cigarettes illegal. It's such a perfect idea, it blew my stoned mind away when I thought of it. But seriously, is a pretty damn good idea. Think about it, one of the main reasons they can't simply make cigarettes illegal is because they make so much money, and people rely on those jobs. Imagine if they replaced all that labor with producing marijuana.

reading other peoples ideas they got while high while being high is a sort of out of body experience.
