I don't have the actual lyric book (if there was one with the album), but online most sites have the line as "Chickity China the Chinese chicken"
But considering how fast the lyrics are being sung, it's easy to hear plenty of different things.

If he makes another "Mouth" album, he should release a "Mouth Cuts" compilation on the side with all of the songs he couldn't re-purpose into an album. The moods outtakes can be rearranged into a decent playlist as is, and I feel like the songs "God Says Relax" and "Who" could flow into each other, while "Man Piano" could fade into "Don't" as the closing songs of it.
