Most likely people used to forums where they can post whatever they want, where they want and a "friendly" mod will move it to the correct section. They'd rather stir up a shitstorm than just follow the rules.
Also, Rust kiddies may be involved as well. Just the thought of trying to categorize all the problems with a majority of people who frequent the Rust section as well as the ones who have been banned and have beef gives me a migraine.
