Yes you can actually change your metabolism, I am eating quite a bit already. I eat 300-500 calorie meals 6 times a day. You can try and tell me I'm wrong but the results don't lie. I lost 70 lbs not by starvation, which you seem to assume I have or some shit, but by proper eating and exercise. I haven't done a single bit of cardio. I should, but I have little medium for it, and jumping jacks bore the shit out of me. I also have no access to a gym. I can do six chin ups at 5'8 (or around there), 170 lbs, and then I can continue to work myself to failure via ShakeWeight, cables and dumbbells, all in one workout day. That's pretty good for a guy who's fairly new to this whole working out thing. I could hold myself on the bar for over two minutes and keep my legs up the whole time, or do like mid-air crunches or something funny, swing myself back and forth for the time. And I just started working out, even living a healthy lifestyle, in March of last year. Don't tell me I'm inexperienced or my knowledge is 'broscience,' bro.

Creatine is one of the most tested supplements out there. Doctors don`t know very much about supplements because they`re not nutritionists. Go ask your doctor about protein supps, they`ll tell you that it`s awful and you should never take it. They are not dieticians or nutritionists so they don`t know that much about this. Saying that, there have been numerous studies done on creatine. Nitric Oxide can give you low blood pressure (expansion of blood vessels due to increase in blood flow when taking it), but creatine, as long as it is used properly, has been filtered correctly, etc. has not really been shown to have any negatives.

Most people will do steroids incorrectly just like fat people think there's a miracle workout. You know what, I'm not even going to continue here. I don't know shit about steroids, you're right. I don't know shit about Creatine. But I do know one thing. True winners don't take shortcuts. They put in the hard work and get their results. I put in the hard work, and I got my results. I'm so happy and proud and confident that I'm going to keep going. I'm so much healthier now and I'm completely clean. It might take me another year before I'm truly ripped and looking great, but I'm very, very pleased with myself and the definition that I've created in my body, all through researching every little thing on the internet that affected me and only believing reliable sources.

Fine, I don't care. I'll stick to my routine and you can stick to yours, but don't try to tell me I'm doing something wrong when the results are clearly there. The transformation I've made is obvious and it has nothing to do with newbie gains. Most people don't even recognize me anymore and are very impressed. I think my advice is fair. Follow it if you want, don't if you don't want to I guess, everybody's body will take the advice differently.

Whatever you say, captain. Worked for me and I thought maybe it could for someone else so I decided to try and help. Didn't know I'd get bitched at and insulted for it. It's not just doing a diet, dude, it's more than that, I've changed my life completely and intend to stay this way. Results =/= Invalid especially when they're noticeable and not even finished turning up yet.
Yes I do use a ShakeWeight. I use it correctly for extended periods of time and get proper nutrition. It's great and an integral part of my workout. Of course, alone it won't be as effective, and then it's laughable. I can feel the thing working my muscles and you can even watch the muscle contractions in the advertisements happening. It's cheap and it's fun. I love my ShakeWeight!
