I also just put in the most ectomorph answers i could think of for that test and it still scored between meso and ecto.
Got a 2.42 on the test. I am fatter than Perfumly.
Nevermind finally got it to score as pure ecto, end score was like 2.83
Oh hurrdurr all of the ecto options are option 3

@Perfumly Actually the Ideal rage to build mass is 2-4 or 2-6. And he wasn't on juice or anything they tested him for that* before the compeated. And me and him are both Russians, he was actaully born in a city not to far in my city, my genes are 100% russian his are 50% as his mother was Polish i think. So actaully i have better genetics for building than he does. As russians are known for bodybuilding. And hes obviously been building longer than i have, like 6 more years longer

Today was bicep/tricep/shoulder day, possibly my least favourite day :(
Fucking hate those days where a long day at work wears you out and you can't be bothered to go gym then regret it later.
Doing audits all round the country at the minute, spending 75% of my day driving, no time to eat properly and getting tired from concentrating on the roads for so long. Really fucking up my gym routine.

Eat at a caloric deficit.
Chest, shoulders, triceps, abs for me. Decided to up the chest weigh to 14kg per dumbbell, works.
I mulled over my strength while waiting for the bus and came up with these figures:
1 rep max for my chest is most likely around 40kg/90lbs (with a bar)
1 rep max for my calves (full range of motion) is most likely around 150kg/330lbs
1 rep max for my squat is probably about 40kg/90lbs (with dumbbells)
Dunno why I said these, random tidbit of the day I guess :P
Also my school's closed and it's -10 degrees outside so I don't think iwill be working out today. Gonna chill inside drink some hot chocolate and watch tv. Oh yes.

Bike riding is a good bet. Gaining muscle in your ass will only make it bigger.
I think I won't eat any extra protein. I need to lean up anyway and I eat a ton already. I don't really know what my protein intake is

You don't get abs through situps. You get them through a low bodyfat %. Eat a calorie deficit and do plenty of cardio.
You'll want to gain a little bulk there, too, so do planks, side planks, crunches, leg raises, bicycles, etc. Situps are hard on the back, so I wouldn't do them too much.
Make sure you workout the rest of your body, too. Get some muscle all over the place.
